- HARVESTING CRAWFISH. JOB INCLUDES MANUAL CUTTING OF BAIT, CHECKING TRAPPS USING PUSHBOAT OR MOTORIZED BOAT, POERATING ATV (ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE) AND POSSIBLY SMALL TRACTOR. MAY INCLUDE LEVEE AND DITCH CLEANING. NO PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. EMPLOYER WILL TRAIN WORKERS. WORKERS MAY BE EXPOSED TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES. HARVESTING REQUIRES REPETITIVE MOVEMENTS, EXTENSIVE WALKING AND STOOPING, PUSHING, PULLING AND LIFTING UP TO 80 POUNDS. A DRUG TEST MAY BE REQUIRED POST HIRE AT THE EMPLOYEE'S EXPENSE.
