Job Duties:
Workers will perform manual labor to harvest and handle blueberries. All tasks are repetitive and straightforward, requiring no prior experience. Workers will receive specific instructions and will perform duties under close supervision. Handpick blueberries according to color and ripeness as directed. Sort, grade, clean, and pack blueberries by visual appearance. Carry, stack, and move field containers, lugs, and boxes. Dump blueberries into containers or equipment as instructed. Perform repetitive hand and arm motions throughout the workday. Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30 lbs. Workers must follow daily instructions provided by the employer or a designated supervisor. Work must be performed in a timely, efficient, and proficient manner following simple, repetitive steps. Duties will be closely supervised to ensure adherence to instructions. Workers must follow all general work rules and safety guidelines. All tools, supplies, and equipment will be provided at no cost to the worker.
