Job Duties:

Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS (auto guidance) for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as corn, soybeans, milo, wheat, hay on a no till operation; operate Case IH sprayer; drive grain cart at harvest; turbo tilling; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; maintaining equipment and making in field repairs; swathing, raking, baling hay; winterizing and storing equipment; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
