Job Duties:
Clean, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, discard rotten items; Position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch, remove and close full containers; Operate large farm equipment such as trucks, skid loaders and tractors for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, spraying, and harvesting potatoes; Perform wash plant duties and make seed cutting preparations; Operate potato storage conveyors and potato piler equipment; Candidate may work nights and weekends; Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a valid driver’s license within 45 days of employment, normal class D is required; Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath; Rate of pay may be more depending on experience.

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
