Job Duties:

The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment. Diversified Crops: Corn, Wheat, Hay & Straw Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Workers may load and unload harvested crops for shipping and storage. Other Related Duties: Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe. Workers may drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest row crop. perform variety of other duties lubricating and repairing farm machinery unloading grain onto conveyors to storage bins and elevators.

General Conditions: Workers will begin at an assigned time, 7:00 am and continue until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If work is available beyond normal workdays the employer may offer, but not require, the worker the opportunity to work additional hours. Workers are not required to work the Sabbath Day or Federal Holidays. should have suitable clothing for conditions including light rain and temperatures ranging from 60 degrees to more than 100 degrees. Employees may be subject to random drug tests, post-employment at employers cost. 2 FARM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. WORKERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO STAND, WALK, BEND & STOOP, ALSO LIFT 60-80 LBS UP TO 4 FT. FOR EXTENDED PERIODS. WORKERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS AT EMPLOYERS COST, POST EMPLOYMENT WORKERS WILL BE TRAINNED FOR 16 HOURS, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM ALL JOB DUTIES LISTED, IN An EFFECTIVE TIME MANNER
