Job Duties:
Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operate various farm equipment, spraying and harvesting of crops. Maintain farm grounds/mow, maintain farm buildings. Grain handling. Precondition and maintain cattle: Monitor birthing of baby calves, calving out cows, feed hay all cattle, haul water to cattle, mix feed, monitor health, vaccinate. Operate feed truck/pay loader. Clean pens. Maintain fence. Manure hauling. May haul cattle to market & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). 30-minute meal break offered. Crops: Wheat, barley, canola, soybeans, edible beans, corn, oats Possible weekend/holiday work.

Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 70lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment.Based on Employer's discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal. Variable weather conditions may apply. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
