Job Duties:

General farm labor including fertilizing, planting, cultivating and harvesting crops with tractors, farm implements and combines, preparing fields before and after harvest, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, planters, sprayers, operate other farm equipment, load crops and unload crops. Employees will maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery such as tractors, harvesters, inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear, and install basic replacement parts. Haul crops using tractors from the field location to long term storage. Assist with moving and managing cattle. Build and maintain fence. Three months farm equipment operation required. Must be able to work in temperature extremes and lift and carry 75lbs for 75 yds.
