Job Duties:

Crops: Beans, Canola, Corn, Grain, Soy Beans, Sunflower, Wheat Duties include operating farm equipment, such as tractors, tractor-drawn machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil, seed, and apply pesticides and herbicides to fertilized crops. Required to operate harvesting equipment, such as combines, grain carts, and tender trucks to harvest and grains, soybeans, corn, sunflowers, and canola. Workers will be exposed to extreme heat and cold, dust, rain, and other environmental conditions common in crops and fields. The job entails working with farm machinery outdoors in all types of weather and occasional exposure to poisonous insects and snakes.

Special Requirements:

Three months prior experience handling agricultural equipment required. Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply for same at no cost to the worker. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-accident or upon suspicion drug testing. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated. No high school education required.
