- Job Duties:
- Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant and cultivate, transport flowers. Attach farm implements, such as, wagons/ trailer to a tractor. Tow trailer behind a tractor, transport products/ flowers to storage area, inside and outside greenhouse facilities as well as between different farms within a 50 mile radius belonging to the nursery group. Load product on to box trucks, with carts full of flowers and potted plants. Transport the flowers/plants to stores and market facilities and unload. The job requires a Class D drivers license.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exception
