- Job Duties:
- The crop worker supports various departments involved in routine greenhouse crop production under direct supervision. This role involves working in seeding, transplanting, general growing activities, and sanitation. Main responsibilities are: - assist with seeding and transplanting crops. - perform general growing activities, such as watering, pruning and observing plants for visible issues and reporting concerns to supervisors. - support sanitation tasks to maintain a clean growing environment. - follow food safety rules and company procedures. - keep work areas organized. - work as part of a team under a supervisor's direction to complete assigned tasks.
