- SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQIPMENT TO PLANT, CULTIVATE, HARVEST AND HAUL ALL CROPS. RANCH WORK PERTAINING TO CALVING COWS, FEEDING,FENCING AND MAINTENANCE. ABILITY TO OBTAIN DRIVER'S LICENSE IN 30 DAYS OF HIRE, ABLE TO LIFT 100LBS REPEATEDLY AND 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE. 30% CATTLE AND PIGS, 50% GRAIN RELATED DUTIES, 20% MAINTENANCE RELATED DUTIES.
