Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop production of corn, wheat, oats, soybeans, and sunflowers. Employees will assist with all job duties related to planting, raising, harvesting, and hauling these crops. Duties include preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting activities; loading and unloading crops or materials manually or using conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks; observing and listening to machinery during operation to detect malfunctions; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; inspecting, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; recording agricultural data as required; and completing general facility maintenance, yard maintenance, and farm vehicle/equipment cleaning and upkeep. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug-free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive sitting or walking, and frequent stooping or bending. Must be able to lift 100 lbs and must have a regular driver's license. Require 3 months experience.
