Job Duties:

We are a modern agricultural row crop operation predominantly growing corn, soybeans, popcorn, kidney beans. We farm around 5,500 acres of irrigated farm land. Our equipment lineup is low hour equipment that is kept up. Most all of the equipment is Case IH. We utilize all the latest technology in farming. In the spring, employee will assist with field tillage to prep for spring planting and maintain equipment. In the summer, employee will assist with maintaining and operating pivots and mowing. In the fall and winter, employee will assist with harvesting and driving farm trucks to haul grain. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
