Job Duties:

We raise corn, soybeans, cotton and wheat. Half of our farm is irrigated with center pivots and the other half is dryland. Employee will need to operate John Deere Equipment. Employee will also need to check the sprinklers twice a day during irrigation and do routine repairs and maintenance on the irrigation system. Employee will need basic mechanic skills. Employees will need to drive farm trucks to haul harvest crops from fields to storage during the harvest season. Complete general farm maintenance. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season's rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
