- Job Duties:
- We operate a sorghum, cotton and milo farm. We need seasonal employees to operate farm equipment including combines, tractors, sprayers and other farm equipment to harvest crops. Job duties will include: operate tractors, sprayers, irrigation equipment, operate other farm equipment. Employees will need to do routine maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
