- Job Duties:
- Operating self-propelled equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or windrows crops such as corn, wheat, millet, soybeans, barley including combine, tractor with grain cart; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools; driving truck with trailer for transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas in close proximity to the farm, and transporting equipment and other tools used for harvesting from one field to another with pickup and trailer. Work performed on farm locations controlled/operated by Larson Harvesting Inc. may include general farm labor such as planting, spraying, dirt work, and irrigating. Must speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry: 1 worker to begin March 15 and 4 workers to begin April 30.

- One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
