Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Drives and operates farm machinery to perform farm activities of planting, cultivating, and harvesting of small grains and crops. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, disks, and drags to furrow and fertilize the soil. Must be able to work independently after given instructions. Strong fencing skills are needed for the repair of existing fencing. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one within 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. This will be terms for job dismissal; otherwise, drinking is discouraged. No Educational level is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have six months of tractor driving with towed implements and understand computerized scales.
