- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating self-propelled equipment such as trucks or tractors with trailers attached in the process of harvesting crops. Equipment will be operated to support harvesting machines. Job requires retrieving parts for harvest equipment as needed; keeping accurate record of loads hauled daily; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; performing mechanical repair and maintenance and using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain harvest equipment and cutters, harvesting trucks, trucks, and tractors with trailers; and regularly servicing equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer. Must speak and understand English.

- Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
