Job Duties:

We need general farm labor to assist with our farming operation. Employees will need to help till, plant and raise wheat, canola, soybeans and sunflowers. Employees will operate all farm equipment including farm trucks and tractors. Complete farmyard upkeep including building maintenance and repair. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Haul harvested crops from fields to storage locations. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
