- Job Duties:
- Workers will help harvest corn and soybeans; assist in moving and setting up augers and grain handling equipment; load and unload grain into hopper bottom trailers, grain bins, or at elevator sites; operate tillage equipment (e.g., chisel plow, ripper, field cultivator) to prepare fields post-harvest; perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance (greasing, fluid levels, etc.); assist with repairs and general upkeep of tractors, implements, grain handling equipment, and shop tools; assist with equipment moves between fields and general harvest logistics; and support additional field tasks as needed (e.g., fueling, cleanup, equipment prep).
