- Job Duties:
- Set up, operate, and maintain farming equipment for planting, spreading fertilizer, and harvesting. Operate side dump trucks to haul Boll Farms crops and other agricultural commodities from Boll Farms to elevator(s) and storage site(s). Complete general farming duties such as servicing equipment, shop work, and maintenance to farm ground, buildings, and equipment. Operate industrial trucks and spreaders to transport and apply fertilizer to Boll Farms' fields.

- Special Requirements:
- Workers must have at least 2 months of experience in industrial truck driving. Specific requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds. CDL required. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid random drug testing in accordance with state law. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated.
