Job Duties:

We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of raising corn, wheat, oats, soybeans and alfalfa. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing the crop including planting and harvesting of crops, and maintaining equipment. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, manure spreaders, operate other farm equipment, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
