Job Duties:

Operates all harvesting and farm related equipment to plant, spray and harvest corn, beans and hay for silage. Complete daily farm duties as assigned. Drives heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Drives transporter truck to haul harvesting machines between work sites. Haul crop from field to storage locations. Must have mechanical skills to service machinery and makes infield repairs on equipment. Complete all required documentation and recordkeeping. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer

Special Requirements:

Require a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days to allow the driving of semi-trucks. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce DOL requirements. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
