Job Duties:

We farm approximately 5,000 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans, and alfalfa. Employee will assist with fence line upkeep, field work, tillage, rock picking, plowing, planting, hauling, and harvesting. Employee will operate farm equipment, such as farm trucks, tractors and skid steer. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. We commit to implementing an Attendance Bonus Program for all of our full time employees. Every employee who accomplishes the following attendance record in a calendar year/growing season is eligible to receive the stated annual bonus after the end of the calendar year/growing season. If an employee misses up to 16 hours (2 Days) and has no more than one tardy, the employee will receive 100 percent of the bonus: $250, or, If an employee misses up to 24 hours (3 Days) and has no more than two tardies, the employee will receive 50 percent of the bonus: $125, or, if an employee misses more than 24 hours (3 Days) and/or has more than two tardies, the employee will not receive an attendance bonus.
