Job Duties:

Calculate blends, batch the blends, then dump the blends into vehicles. Deliver dry fertilizer blends from fertilizer plant to farmers for spreading. As needed workers will clean and maintain grain bins and grain facility Assist in the receiving and shipping of farm commodities. Maintain grounds surrounding facility.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
