- Under the direction of senior farm management, the Farm Supervisor supports and provides direction and supervision to the seasonal farm team to carry out year-round agricultural activities while following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality herbal crops that meet or exceed FDA, Organic Certification, and Non-GMO compliance regulations and standards.
