Job Duties:

We operate a custom harvesting business, harvesting in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska and North Dakota. We harvest wheat, soybeans, milo, and corn. Employees will operate equipment, such as Tractor and Grain cart, combines, and other ag equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of harvesting these crops. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
