- Job Duties:
- Employees will drive tractors and operate towing equipment, drills, discs, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize such as corn and millet. Crops raised for forage for the animals will need to be cut, raked and baled. Minor maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures and grounds. Workers will help with the calving of the cattle herd and care of the animals. Employees must be able to work independently after given instructions, must be self motivated and be a team player.
