- Job Duties:
- Job duties to be performed the following, but is not limited to: Operate various farming equipment for planting, spraying and harvesting of crops. Laying out irrigation pipes for crops. Clean, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment. Crop handling, hauling farm commodities. Maintain farm grounds and buildings. Assist with processing, doctoring and handling of cattle. Assist with caretaking of cattle - like clean pens, maintain fence, corrals and pens. Assist with feeding of cattle - like mixing feed, feeding cattle and check water holes for cattle. Haul manure.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of three months verifiable experience is required. Workers must be able to obtain their drivers license within 30-90 days of hire. Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive. Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 80lbs. Work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to hot and humid conditions. No texting and the use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment. All tools are provided by the employer.
