- Job Duties:
- Perform duties on a farm for a farmer like: Drive/operate equipment such as GPS autosteer systems and skid-steer loader for liquid and dry manure management; attach implements; perform removal, pumping, application, and treatment of manure. Clear and maintain irrigation ditches. Clean and maintain yards, grounds, and facilities. Record information about liquid manure management. Repair, lubricate, and maintain equipment and pumps. May need to change oil, basic equipment disassembly and reassembly.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination,
