- SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQIPMENT TO PLANT, CULTIVATE, AND HARVEST ALL FORAGE CROPS. ALL OTHER MAINTENANCE AND RELATED DUTIES PERTAINING TO CROP FARMING, SUCH AS PICKING ROCKS, APPLYING FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS, AND BASIC BUILDING OR EQUIPMENT REPAIRS. ABILITY TO OBTAIN DRIVER'S LICENSE IN 30 DAYS OF HIRE, ABLE TO LIFT 100LBS REPEATEDLY AND 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE. 70% GRAIN RELATED DUTIES, 30% MAINTENANCE RELATED DUTIES.
