Job Duties:

This application encompasses multiple start dates of need. The employer anticipates the followingranges of start dates in addition to the date listed in Section A.3: From 03/16/2026-03/23/2026- 2 workers From 03/30/2026- 04/06/2026 - 2 workers These supplemental ranges of start dates be subject to change due to weather, crop and market conditions, and other factors. Mechanics perform maintenance and keep records of all equipment services on farm equipment including tractors and company pick-up trucks, perform oil changes, rebuild engines, changes tractors and pickups clutches, changes whole tractors’ electrical systems, performs welding repairs on all orchard equipment and tire repairs. See Addendum C

Special Requirements:

1. Worker must possess 12 months of Farm Equipment Mechanic experience. 4e) Must be able to lift and/or load 60lbs. 4f) Work may take place when temperatures are below freezing and above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. 4g) May require extensive pulling and/or pushing of tools while performing job duties. 4h) May require worker to sit and/or walk for extensive periods of time while performing job duties. 4i) Workers will be required to stoop and/or bend over while performing job duties. 4j) There will be repetitive movements while performing most of the job duties.
