Job Duties:

Drives and operates modern (i.e. 2020 and newer) farm machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops. Proficiency in operating precision agricultural systems and software is required as well as possessing knowledge of agricultural grain production systems and technology. Ability to attach farm implements, hydraulic systems and electronics is essential. Duties include lubricating, servicing, and repairing farm machinery, as well as transporting produce to storage or commercial elevators. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.

Special Requirements:

To comply with Federal, State and County regulations must be willing to obtain an appropriate driver's license (class D) within two months of employment. If applicant does have a license, applicant must furnish employer with current drivers abstract showing acceptable driving record. Criminal background check with acceptable history. The farm is a tobacco-free, nicotine free, and alcohol-free workspace.
