Job Duties:

Farmworkers will perform the following tasks: tillage, planting, spraying, harvesting, grain cart operation, brush mowing, hay mowing, hay raking, hay baling, and seed treating. Workers will also repair and maintain of farm vehicles and equipment. Utilize equipment technology to record accurate and complete field activity information. Complete general farming duties such as mowing, weeding, land improvements, setting up augers and conveyors, hay bale gathering and stacking, and hauling of grain and farm products to elevators or storage area. Follow all company standard operating procedures. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yds. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Six months of grain farming and agricultural equipment operator experience required.
