- SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQUIPMENT TO PLANT, CULTIVATE AND HARVEST ALL GRAIN CROPS. RANCH WORK CONSISTING OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO CALVING COWS, FEEDING, CUTTING & BAILING HAY, GENERAL FARM AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE. 50% GRAIN, 30% CATTLE AND 20% GENERAL FARM LABOR.
