- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare fields for planting, work fields and harvest soybeans, corn, rice and other grains on a grain farm. Farm sanitation duties are performing maintenance and minor repairs to farm vehicles and equipment will be required. General farm labor, such as shovel, drainage, cleaning shop, etc. will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
