- Job Duties:
- Duties include but not limited to: driving tractors to prepare fields for planting, planting fields, putting out fertilizer, pull trailers for hand planting sugar cane, help during sugarcane harvest, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment, cleaning farm equipment, shovel work, working fields that are planted as well as driving tractors for soybean planting, working and harvesting. General labor such as shovel work, field sanitation duties, cleaning shop and house areas and yard, etc will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
