Job Duties:

Operate roto tillers in order to till the soil. Shred crop residue. Operate a dammer diker tractor in order to work the soil. Operate farming equipment in order to spray, harvest, and haul onion crops. Service, maintain and clean farming equipment. Schedule may vary depending on crop and field conditions.  Work may include weekends, evenings, or overtime as necessary during peak periods. The employer will provide notice of schedule changes as far in advance as possible.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Employer guarantees to pay at least the AEWR listed above but reserves the right to pay more based on tenure with the company, experience, skill, performance, attendance, and other factors. Driver's license in 30 days.
