- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors for planting and harvesting crops, general repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, crop irrigation duties, keeping shop area clean and free of debris, field sanitation duties, keeping fields free of debris, clean farm equipment and vehicles, cleaning and keeping the house yard mowed and free of debris, keep the house clean and in an orderly fashion, and any other general labor duties that may arise during the operation of a muti-crop farm. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
