- Job Duties:
- Duties included but not limited to: driving tractors to prepare fields for planting sugarcane, putting out fertilizer, pull trailers for hand planting sugarcane help during sugarcane harvest, minor repair and maintenance on farm equipment, cleaning equipment, shovel work, working fields that are planted. General farm labor will be required if weather does not permit field work. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
