- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare sugarcane fields for planting, haul seed cane during the planting season, tractors during the harvest season, etc. Farm sanitation duties and performing maintenance and minor repairs to farm vehicles and equipment will be requested. General farm labor, such as shovel, drainage, cleaning shop and equipment, etc will be required. Drug tests may be perform post hire at no cost to the worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
