Job Duties:

General farm work including cleaning the shop, storage bin sites, and other agricultural buildings; grain bin cleaning; yardwork; and performing miscellaneous outdoor jobs. Workers will haul crops and other agricultural products, pick up rocks and sticks from fields and work areas, and assist with taking out and installing fencing as part of routine farm operations. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds for distances up to 75 yards and be available to work Monday through Saturday from 6AM until 11PM. Beginning and ending times will vary depending on the weather condition and workload. The job will require extensive sitting in tractor, potential to get dirty, pushing, pulling, basic mechanical ability and tractor operation. Drug/alcohol-free work zone. Workers after hire, may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Workers are required to have driver's license Class C to drive provided transportation between company owned fields and farm sites, and worker's housing.
