- Job Duties:
- Assist with the planting and harvesting of various crops, including hay, corn, soybeans, and milo. Record information about crops. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops, including disking and bailing hay. Drive farm vehicles around fields. Repair and maintain farm vehicles and mechanical equipment as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on the crops and weather.
