Job Duties:

We operate a corn, wheat, soybeans and cotton farm. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, including but not limited to plowing, planting, spraying, and harvesting. Employees must have experience with GPS guidance on equipment and must know how to operate farm 18 wheelers. Job duties will include: load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities, maintain and repair irrigation and climate control systems, operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops, participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops, plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, shrubs, and trees, using gardening tools, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, set up and operate irrigation equipment, build agricultural structures, clean equipment or facilities, harvest agricultural products, operate farming equipment, operate irrigation systems, plant crops, trees, or other plants, prepare land for agricultural use and require routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Must be able to speak and read English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
