Job Duties:

Operating self-propelled equipment such as tractor-trailer combination in the process of reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing or windrowing grain and forage crops such as wheat, hay, milo, corn; Align with harvesting machine in the field and maintain appropriate ground speed to load crops during harvesting; Transport harvested crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas; Perform manual or mechanical adjustments as well as safety inspections to trucks and trailers; Maintain and repair equipment and tools including changing oil and tires; Drive tractor-trailer combination from one field to another; Record information about crops; Inform managers of crop progress; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Attach implements using hand tools; Weigh crops and record information. Must be able to pass drug test at employers expense.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
