Job Duties:

The worker provides ground and logistical support to planting, spraying, and seeding operations, including delivery of water, fertilizer, seed, and crop inputs to field equipment. Duties include general farm labor, equipment support, routine cleaning, and basic upkeep. Equipment use is limited to support and transport activities and does not include primary operation of planting or spraying equipment. Deliver water, fertilizer, seed, and crop inputs to planters, sprayers, and seeding equipment. Assist with loading, unloading, and staging of crop inputs. Operate nurse trucks, trailers, or support equipment for transport and delivery purposes within the employer’s farm operation. Connect and disconnect hoses, lines, and transfer equipment under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of nurse and support equipment. Perform general agricultural labor related to crop production. Wash and clean farm equipment, machinery, and support vehicles. Clean and maintain the farm shop, storage areas, and workspaces. Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing grass around farm locations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and materials with attention to detail. Assist with routine irrigation system checks. Visually inspect irrigation pivot nozzles for plugging or damage. Clear simple obstructions when directed. Report irrigation issues to supervisors. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 2 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers licen
