Job Duties:

Workers will perform repetitive, entry‑level manual labor to hand‑harvest blueberries and to plant and transplant blueberry plants. Duties include picking ripe fruit by hand according to supervisor instructions; sorting and discarding damaged or unripe berries; placing harvested fruit into field containers, buckets, or lugs; carrying full containers to collection points; emptying, stacking, and cleaning picking containers; planting and transplanting young blueberry plants by hand; placing plants in prepared holes; covering roots with soil; and maintaining a clean work area. Work is routine and straightforward, with no experience required. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather and requires standing, bending, reaching, and walking for extended periods.
