Job Duties:

Workers will be operating equipment, including tractors and loader. Work tasks will include spreading compost on fields by tonnage on acres. Tractor will be used for the spreader to spread compost on field. Workers will drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions

Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
