Job Duties:

Operate agricultural equipment for stockpiling, spreading, and applying manure to agricultural fields as fertilizer. Drive trucks to haul manure, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Inspect truck loads to ensure safety during the manure spreading process. Assist in the light servicing and upkeep of the agricultural equipment used to spread manure.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
