- Job Duties:
- Oversee daily feeding, watering, and nutrition plans for horses on ranch; Monitor horse health, behavior, and condition; Coordinate veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, and emergencies; Manage farrier schedules (hoof trimming/shoeing); Ensure proper exercise, turnout, and rest for horses; stall cleaning, bedding, and sanitation, Maintain barns, fences, pastures, arenas, and equipment, manage pasture rotation and manure disposal; oversee breeding programs, foaling, and mare care; keep breeding and lineage records; Coordinate training, conditioning, and performance schedules; Manage young horse development and growth. All tools provided by employer at no expense to the workers.
